Kiospal

Kiospal is a community for students, creators and first-time founders from Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns. We believe talent is everywhere but opportunity, exposure and access are not — so we build the missing piece: a room where people learn by building real things together.

It started as a dream to gather like-minded people who care about technology and science and want to make something useful with it. The first step was small: a bootcamp, a few hands-on sessions with college students and local businesses, long conversations about real problems.

Today Kiospal runs bootcamps, workshops and mentoring. I'm the technical hand in the room — the person who helps turn an idea into a first working version — and the one who keeps showing up.

The measure of success is simple: someone leaves able to build what they couldn't build yesterday.
